Bedroom 1: King Bed Bedroom 2: Queen Bed Bedroom 3: 2 Twin/Full Bunk HOT TUB: expected delivery mid December 2025. Please shower before using the hot tub and respect quiet hours. It is located next to our neighbor’s bedroom. We will hear complaints if you are using it outside of the approved hours of 8 AM to 10 PM. If additional cleaning is required after your use, you will be billed for the maintenance. INDOOR LIVING: 3 mounted Smart TVs, breakfast bar, leather sofa, ceiling fans, 2 club chairs OUTDOOR LIVING: 2 patios, mountain views, dining table w/ umbrella, seating, lighting KITCHEN: Stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, dishware, coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, cooking basics, water filter, kid essentials (please note that we do not have an ice maker but have trays) GENERAL: Free WiFi, washer & dryer, linens, towels, complimentary toiletries, hair dryer, high chair, baby gates, sound machines, humidifiers. We do not have A/C. PARKING: 2 Dedicated spots in front of property. We can not accommodate more than 2 so please plan accordingly as Eagle Vail does not allow street parking. DOGS: As of November 2025, we will no longer be accepting any pets at our property. For guest that have already booked prior to November 2025, we will honor hosting your stay with your pets. Our policy for those guests still stands to host well behaved, non-barking dogs with a pet fee, 2 dog max. We have shared walls, so they must be NON-BARKERS. If neighbors complain you must board your dog at your cost. Additionally, we can not have dogs with any history of aggressiveness/fighting/biting, accidents, chewing, digging, scratching, and/or destruction of carpet, furniture, etc. You are responsible for any damage caused by your dog, and the cost to replace any damages will be billed to you via Airbnb. THE VIBE: If luxury amenities like those in Vail or Beaver Creek Village are what you’re after, there are plenty of amazing hotels that do it better than we ever could. But if you’re looking for a full house, breathtaking mountain and golf course views, and a comfortable home-away-from-home where you can experience the valley like a local, we'd love to host you!
